SNOW aims to foster social interaction among women of the community and to provide a platform for networking, collaboration, and civic engagement, such as:

• engaging in activities, including sharing of knowledge and promoting activities which contribute to the quality of life of our members;
• providing input into the activities of the ICCC and other organizations on issues such as seniors’ programming, youth development, and promoting understanding of diverse cultures;
• undertaking charitable work and also supporting charitable initiatives of community groups as and when possible, and as agreed upon by members;
• holding regular meetings of members and invited speakers for interaction, learning, and discussion.
