You can nominate any woman who meets the following criteria and believes in SNOW vision:

NOMINATION CRITERIA

1. Leadership: Demonstrates leadership by using her abilities to develop or improve a program or service that significantly advances the mission.
2. Community Involvement: Shares her time and talent in ways that benefit the community or individuals within it. Demonstrates exceptional personal commitment to civic endeavours outside of her professional obligations.
3. Innovation: Has a talent for developing ‘out of the box’ solutions.
4. Service: Contributes towards betterment of women.
